Privacy Policy

This website, allmyfriendsaredope.com (also reachable at amfad.me), is run by All My Friends Are Dope (“AMFAD,” “we,” “us”), based in Los Angeles, California, USA. You can reach us at hello@allmyfriendsaredope.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, inquiry type and message. These are collected through Netlify Forms, our website host.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe through the sign-up form on our Contact page. Newsletter sign-ups are handled by Beehiiv.
• Purchases: if you buy merchandise or pay-per-view access, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, billing and shipping address and payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Automatic data: like most websites, our host records technical information such as IP address, browser type, device and the pages requested, in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
• Browser storage: your shopping cart is saved in your own browser so it survives moving between pages. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• To reply to your messages and inquiries.
• To process and ship orders, deliver digital purchases, and handle refunds.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site, each under their own privacy policies:

• Netlify (website hosting and contact form storage)
• Beehiiv (newsletter)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google Fonts (typefaces load from Google’s servers, which can see your IP address)
• YouTube (video thumbnails and links on Harvest Sessions and Music pages) and Vimeo (film player, once enabled)
• Event pages we link to, such as Eventbrite, have their own policies once you leave our site.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and order records only as long as needed to respond, fulfil orders, meet tax and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing hello@allmyfriendsaredope.com. If you are a California resident, you have these rights under California privacy law, and we will not treat you differently for using them. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Some content references cannabis and is intended for adults 21 and over.

Security

We use reputable providers and HTTPS, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
